Offering you some morning yoga in May! Come and join me for a 75mn Hatha class, practicing towards a grounding meditation and setting us up for the weekend ahead. We will have time for a brew and a bite of homemade cake afterwards. Finding breath aligned movements, we turn our awareness inwards, and find subtlety in our practice, before resting in a sound bowls led relaxation. Meditation comes naturally in the stillness residing deep within, creating a sense of wellbeing calm and joy. These two classes are suitable to all, regardless of age, gender or abilities, and if you feel shy, come and share this experience with a friend! 75 min class, equipment and refreshments all provided £15 Please book your space using bookwhen.com/theknittingyogi or follow link in bio. Contact me directly for any further information/discussing any queries. Payments can be made cash PayPal or BACS ( details on requests). #yoga #weekendyoga #hathayoga #yogaforeveryone #yogaforeverybody #relaxation #soundbowls #savasana #meditation #yogainkendal
