Since the start of this year, in my Pizzeria, I’ve had Slice’s POS and phone team take a huge weight off my shoulders by answering our calls. No stress, no chaos, just smooth service. The coolest part? When you call Amadeo, this incredible team answers as if they’re right here in the pizzeria. They know our menu inside out, and you’d never guess they’re not physically in the store.
What makes it surreal is that they’re all based in Kosov. The same country my parents and family are from. My dad came to this country and started in the pizzeria business, and now here l am, years later, with people from my homeland helping run my business in such a big way. It felt like a full circle moment, and when I surprised them on my trip to Kosovo, I cried my eyes out. I’m so proud of them. I’m so grateful for them. And I’ll never torget that moment.
