Today to honor Veterans Day we joined @thestepupfoundation for Chad1000X, a workout that honors Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson and shines a light on the mental health battles faced by our veterans and many others in our community. To our veterans within our UNH community and beyond - thank you. Your courage, sacrifice, and strength continue to inspire us daily. We’re grateful for your service, your example, and your presence among us.

There’s so much beauty in the mundane of this workout. 1000 step-ups is simple, not easy. Thank you to the 40+ friends that came out to be apart of this. People need people. Check in on your homies and continue to be kind and supportive wherever you go.

Meet @amaliahickey & @kelly_brown_03 , two of our Seniors students who took on their first HYROX in Boston last month!

These ladies crushed their performance goal and finished 4th out of 197 in their age group and overall 33rd out of 1425 pairs!

Big question for the two of them... will there be a next one?! 👀
