Last Sunday, we gave ourselves permission and look what happened. 🤍

Permission To Pause wasn’t just an event, it was a room full of women who chose themselves on a Sunday afternoon. And that energy is SPECIAL! ✨

From the sound baths that curated peace, to charm bracelets made with friends who felt like sisters, we moved, we created, we ate well, we laughed loud, and we breathed again.

Affirmations were written. Collages came to life. Mocktails were sipped. The hugs were long and real. Somewhere between the yoga mats and the jewelry table, real community was built.

To every single woman who showed up on Sunday — thank you🤎🙏🏾 Thank you for trusting this space, for being open, for bringing your full self into the room. You didn’t just attend you made it what it was. This event only exists because of the energy you carry, and we don’t take that lightly.
