Run clubs, fitness communities and the people I’ve met along this journey have genuinely changed my life. Massive thank you to those who have inspired me.. From showing up, not knowing anyone… to finding purpose, confidence, routine and people that have become family. I honestly don’t think I’d still be here without it. That’s why @shared.laps means more than just running, I want to build a community. It’s people that push you past your limits It’s connection built through hard work It’s having a reason to turn up Sharing laps, sharing stories 🖤 #runclub #mentalhealthawareness #healthiswealth

• The event was unreal 🔥 • Energy was on another level ⚡️ • Vibes were mad crazy 🏃‍♂️ Still buzzing from the 5K run event at @westfieldstratfordcity with @made.running , @jdsports and @nikerunning . Seeing the running community come together like that was something special. “No one gets left behind” wasn’t just a slogan, you could actually feel it throughout the event. Everyone pushing each other, supporting each other and bringing good vibes and energy from start to finish. Grateful to be part of something like this. #werunthiscity #nikerunning #jdsports #maderunning #5krun

WE RUN THIS CITY 🫡 MADE IN MANCHESTER MADE FOR LONDON This is what it’s about, community. Massive shout out to @hermendange & @made.running they are changing the game and inspiring a NATION.. incredible work 🫡 This wasn’t just a 5k This was history in the making Got a PB on my first proper run distance since injuring my ankle 2 months ago, but bigger than that… I left inspired. The energy, the people, the atmosphere, the mindset. Everything about today reminded me what kind of life I want to build and who I want around me while building it. Met up people that unknowingly played a huge role in my fitness journey at my very first run club… and stood beside them again today at one of the biggest running events I’ve ever experienced. Health. Community. Movement. Purpose. Thank you to @westfieldstratfordcity @nikerunning & @jdsports for hosting this incredible event

Prague Marathon 3rd May 2026 7 days on from London Marathon and a quick trip to a beautiful city I’d never been to before and to put myself though some more pain with purpose . My favourite kind of thing at the moment! What a pleasure to make it through my 17th Marathon and even more so to share it with a good friend and inspiration the OG 🐐 @rowansaunders and for us to make a new friend in @aman.running247 and help him in his 2nd marathon. Those treacherous cobbled streets, the 27 degree heat made it a challenge but a wonderful challenge. @marcus1rc & @s.fear_on I know your mad at me for running injured so I promise to take things easy for a while 😜 Prague @runczech @prgmarathon you delivered a fantastic event and I’ll definitely be back in 2027 to rep for @onepercentrunningclub Official chip time 3.37.55
