POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

2025 gave us conversations that stayed.

In 2026, we’re holding space even deeper. 🤍

This year on In Her Element, we spoke about identity, women’s health, motherhood, burnout, reinvention, immigrant journeys, and our ghosts, too.

The versions of ourselves we outgrew.
The griefs we carry quietly.
The fears, doubts, and old dreams that shape who we are becoming.
These weren’t just episodes.
They were moments of honesty.

Of unlearning.
Of softness and strength existing side by side.
As we step into a new year, my hope is simple:
that more women feel seen, supported, and reminded that they are already enough — exactly as they are, in this season of life.

Thank you for listening, sharing, and being part of this growing sisterhood.
Here’s to stories that heal, conversations that matter, and to living in your element. ✨

💬 Which conversation stayed with you the most?

✨ From the Host Chair ✨

I used to think I had to figure everything out on my own. Being the oldest sibling made me hyper-independent — until it all caught up with me.

What I’ve learned (and keep learning) is this: when you need help, ask for it. People want to show up for you, but they can’t if you don’t give them the chance.

In today’s world, we’ve built so many boundaries that sometimes others hesitate to cross the line and check in. But the moment you open the door — whether it’s a coffee chat, a small ask, or a vulnerable share — the response comes back tenfold.

Community is built in those asks. And for me, that has been nothing short of empowering.

🎧 From In Her Element — where I hold space for real stories of resilience, roots, and sisterhood.
