We’re now officially halfway through the year😳 Imagine how differently yours could end if you start today🤩
This is exactly why I started JZ FIT⬆️ Fitness and nutrition changed my life so much I desired to help others experience the same!
Everyone you see here simply made the decision to start. Some have been with me for 4 weeks, others 2 months, 6 months and some a year and I’m so beyond proud of them all🥹 They just followed my simple plan, leaned in, trusted the process, and stayed consistent. That’s all they did and all you have to do too🫶🏼

If you’re ready to see your own success story and maybe also inspire someone else’s along the way I’d love to help.
➡️Comment “PLAN” or visit the link in my bio and I’ll send you a free week to help you get started on your own transformation

A season of hard work, trust, and commitment led to this moment. It’s not always easy, but moments like this make it all worth it. So incredibly proud of these girls and everything they’ve accomplished!! ❤️💙

Whether it’s grounding them before they step out, celebrating their successes, or helping them find their way after a tough day, I’ll always be there for my girls. The days can be long, but this means everything to me. Watching them grow, fight, and become stronger in every way is why I do what I do. So proud of each of them, always ❤️

Thank you Jen Lawson for capturing these moments!

That’s a wrap on Seattle. After the flu hit our household bad, both Kayley & Rylee had to pull out of competing in Seattle. Rylee was well enough to travel with me and help me look after Keavy.

Keavy was the only Murphy that competed and had a solid meet, placing 3rd all around and 2nd on both Vault & Floor.

The kids I coach did amazing. We had 4 kids make event finals and ended up with 2 first places and a 3rd at event finals.

We also had so many 1st all around and top 3 finish’s even with just a small number of competitors.

I’m a happy but completely exhaustipated coach! Can’t wait to go to work tomorrow… haha NOT!
