Yesterday was our day off so we spent it chilling at the beach and having fun with friends.

No phones.

No laptops.

No exercise.

No work talk or prep.

It was the perfect day and was definitely needed to recharge the batteries.

It's so important to take some time to chill and let the body and mind relax.

It's not selfish. It's self-care 😘
