truly, my final tour post (minus the youtube video going live this week) 🎥🖤 & instead of giving you a generally long, sappy, and somewhat sentimental for a sagittarius as all over the place as I… swipe to read thru my mind if you dare to try!!

thanks @summerschooltour for taking me out and trusting in me to turn internet tropes into real life this time. there’ll be more, I’m sure.

📓things that didn’t make this post that I feel like you should know ~
• I was like the happiest and calmest I’ve ever been in Phoenix
• I genuinely couldn’t wait to get out of Texas as a whole
• I did my laundry two singular times, somewhere in Alabama
• I felt really sick in Atlanta so I called my sister and she talked me out of it
• I skipped Toronto bc I wanted to see my other sister who flew into New York for the weekend
• I lost a lot of my belongings in a flood in Boston
• I cried so much in Detroit that I got my period twice in one month
• I took myself out to celebrate in Chicago bc if I didn’t regulate my nervous system, I wouldn’t have made it out west
• I would wake up everyday between 7-8AM without fail, no matter the timezone
• I forced myself into a hyper restrictive meal plan so my GI issues didn’t flare up
• RE above: I am fine and well and good (I think) (I promise)
• I journaled as much as I could and whenever I had too much free brain space, I doubled it up
• I filmed a lot and I’m sorry if it wasn’t pleasant to your feeds (I feel like it probably was fun though, no?)
• I couldn’t have done it without my friends -> those old ones messaging me motivation from afar; those new ones close to confide in when things spiral out of control

I hope this reminds you that through all of the highlights, the views, the open-road-ahhhh whimsical woman fronted shows… that it doesn’t come without displacement and woes — just know, we’ve always got more space to grow.

40 days, 25 shows, so many Oat Milk @LaColombeCoffee ’s ☀️☕️

Production Managed the whole shebang in a sweaty nationwide heat wave AND during the World Cup. Took over the mix for @WinonaFighter, @GamesWePlay, and @ChasePetraMusic for the month. Ended it all with @bsd.wav at @VansWarpedTour Long Beach.

Touring with a little village is always a unique experience. It’s a blessing to meet so many new people and get to learn so many new perspectives, all while getting to bring live experiences to reality.

loads of states I’ve never been got checked off. an actual meal or two was had. incredible amounts of books in dark corners were penned. tears at certain tired moments. laughter during most awkward ones. as alone as I feel majority of occasions, I know I’m never that as long as the music most would call niche is blaring through some speakers in venues I only dreamed of existing in as a teenager with bright red hair + more grit than I have now.
