Happy birthday Rachel and Amanda, hot pic straight off the refrigerator!
I can hear your lil voices as you both explore nature on this rainy day back in the 90s in our first backyard we all shared as a family.
Now , their voices are grown, fierce and vibrant as they explore life’s adventures in their own backyards .
The little things , grow to be the big things. Wow … how we will love you both forever , and like you for always, just like the book says

Why is it we never remember to have our picture taken together when we are dressed up….??

Welp here we are
Thanks to a new friend acquaintance Jake , whom offered his gift of time and photo talents
(Lucky happenstance when the dinner had to pause due to a raging storm just beyond the edge of the tables under the pavilion)

The laughter and love in that moment in time picture, was the sum of a childhood friendship for our girls and their beloved Libby.
An hour later Dennis and I were in our Jammie’s back at the dogwood cottage watching over Opal.
All was well , drifting off to sleep listening to the after party laughter thru the porch door that was cracked open in our room.
The final outburst I heard before I drifted off to sleep I believe was cuz of a cheese ball bucket that was poured over the bride??🥰🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀
Oh what a night

This kind of a weekend celebrating with families and friends of people you love gathered together most likely will never happen again, something like that , said David , Libby’s partner .
But it did, and we are forever grateful to have shared this moment with you 2

Last Friday we said our good byes to our Rocky
His sweet sassy soul had the best life .
He loved the sun
He loved this window
Seeing stuff outside ,
Giving us kisses on our cheeks, hoping he wouldn’t nip at you, hence the sassy.
He gave us 13 years , but forever in our hearts
Congested heart failure complications crept up on him in January .
#Animal hospital of Oshkosh showed Rocky and us love and compassion.
The house is quiet and still now
We miss you sweet boy
