MY FITGIRLSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!! BIG VICTORY today!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After 6 months of PT, I was able to go for a run/ walk!!!!!!!! These months have been challenging, but I kept showing up. Many days I didn’t want to or I’d be upset with something for losing the results I had from before...but I’d have to put myself in check and remind myself that life happens and this is part of my story. And here I am slowly, but surely getting back into the swing of things. It’ll take time to get back to where I was before but I WILL get there. No matter what adversity you’re facing choose to stay consistent. Keep doing those small actions. Stay consistent and don’t give up. You can achieve anything you work for! It won’t be easy, there will be obstacles, but you’re strong!!!!!!💜

I was sooooooo soooooo soooooo nervous in creating my account. Pressing post for my first picture was scary. I remember pushing it off all day and then finally just doing it “to get it over with”. I told myself if I wanted to delete my before pic by the end of the day I could and I could also deactivate the account. But I had to promise myself to at least show up every day for 1 week. That was it. One week of no excuses. 🙅🏻‍♀️ . And here I am over a year later. Still posting and sharing things I never ever ever ever would’ve been comfortable with sharing before.💁🏻‍♀️🥰 . I’ve found this confidence, happiness and love with myself and body. It took some time but boy is it such an amazing feeling. Learning to just open up and be you in this community has been a breath of fresh air.🍃🌸 . It’s amazing being surrounded by like minded people, those who want to become better for themselves and their families. Those who don’t have the answers but are eager to try different things in order to achieve their goals. Those who decide to show up every day even if it’s soooooooo hard. Even if it would be easier to stay in bed....it’s each of you who have helped me reach this point and I am so happy that I made that promise to myself over a year ago.🧘🏻‍♀️ . Now looking back, I didn’t realize how much I needed this. I needed to learn how to nourish my body, especially as a vegetarian, I needed to learn effective workouts that wouldn’t lead to injury or burnout, and I needed to be around supportive and kick 🍑 women who check in on you and believe in you when you feel weak.👯‍♀️ . You’re all absolutely amazing! ❤️ . What made you decide to start your journey??
