Time flies when you’re having fun! My time as a digital intern at @abc7ny has come to a close. I am endlessly grateful for the opportunity to have spent half a year in the newsroom with such dedicated and hardworking people. Thank you to the wonderful digital team for teaching me throughout the past few months, where my writing and video editing skills have grown immensely. Words cannot describe how surreal it has been to be in the same space as the anchors and reporters I have grown up watching on the news. Their feedback has been invaluable to me as I strive to work on air and possess even half their levels of professionalism and knowledge. I hope to pass along the same kindness and generosity that they have showed me. To all my friends I have met along the journey, I will miss you! I know our paths will cross again. As a wise mouse once said, see you real soon.
