Happy Lunar New Year. 2021 is the Year of the Oxen 🩸
It is customary to wear red as it symbolises luck and prosperity.
Don’t wash or cut your hair though, as it is seen as washing your prosperity away.
Don’t buy new shoes either (damn) for the entire lunar month as the term for shoes (haai) sounds like losing/sighing.
And don’t clean your house ! Cleaning of any kind on the first day is forbidden. Not even the dishes lol! You want to be sure not to wipe, sweep or wash away any of the good luck that arrived at the stroke of midnight!

We wish you all the good fortunes and beauty in 2021 !

Ps our new red Gloria pieces are coming soon ❣️🏹
