🧪 IT’S TESTING WEEK! 💪🏽🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Today we kicked off testing week! We’re putting our athletes to the test to see how all the workouts, training, and lifts are affecting their bodies. 📈🔥

First up: the Standing Broad Jump! 💥

How far can you explode off the ground? Let’s see what you’ve got! 👀

This is more than just a number—it’s a snapshot of where our athletes are now and a way for us to track progress as we keep building stronger, faster, more explosive athletes. 💪🏽

Here’s a little snippet of today’s broad jump testing! ⬇️

Test. Train. Track. Repeat. 🔥

🎶 We’re bringing RUNWAYS BACK! 🎶 😎🔥

All the jumpers were together Friday at practice, and we got back to the basics—working on those runways! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💨

The pole vaulters were focused on pole carry, running form, and technique, making sure the approach is strong and consistent from the very first step to the plant. 🏃‍♂️🪄

Good jumps start with a good runway… so we’re bringing it back! 👀🔥

⛰️🔥 HILL SPRINTS: Because apparently running on flat ground wasn’t hard enough. 😂

Last week, the track team took on the hills! 🏃‍♀️💨🏃‍♂️💨

We asked the crew to rate themselves before vs. AFTER the final hill sprint… 😅

Watch to see their ratings! 👀➡️

Be honest… how do you think you would’ve rated yourself after that last hill? 😂👇
