Chennai Express is Released in 2013 and directed by Rohit Shetty, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, Chennai Express gave commercial Indian cinema one of its most unforgettable, poetic moments with the iconic temple steps sequence. While Vishal–Shekhar delivered chart-topping anthems for the soundtrack, it was composer Amar Mohile’s breathtaking, soul-stirring background score in that scene that elevated the entire sequence into pure, goosebump-inducing magic.
That is the sheer power of cinema: visuals build the world, but the music immortalizes the emotion. Decades can pass, yet a single swell of strings and traditional melody can instantly transport you back to that quiet devotion and unspoken love on the misty hills.
Sitting down at the keys today, I simply wanted to strip away the grand scale and channel that raw elevation through 88 keys. Plug in your earphones, close your eyes, and take that walk up the 300 steps with me. 🎹✨

Drop a ❤️ in the comments if this scene still gives you chills.

Four years. So many melodies, conversations, challenges, lessons, and beautiful moments.

My journey working with Music Composer Amar Mohile has been much more than just a professional experience. It has been a journey of learning, growing, discovering myself, and understanding the beauty of music from a deeper place.

Over these four years, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing creativity take shape—from the first thought, to a melody, to something that finally touches a heart. Every project, every discussion, every late night, and every little detail has taught me something valuable.

Working alongside Amar has helped me grow not just as a professional, but also as a person. His music, his passion, his discipline, and his way of looking at the craft have left a lasting impact on me.

I’m grateful for every opportunity, every lesson, every mistake, every achievement, and every moment that became a part of this beautiful journey.

Four years later, I look back with a heart full of gratitude—and forward with the excitement of knowing that there is still so much more to learn, create, and experience.

Here’s to the music, the memories, the growth, and to everything that lies ahead. 🎶❤️

Thank you, Amar Sir, for being such an important part of my journey.

Watched Drishyam 3 today, and what a way to conclude the Drishyam journey! 🎬✨

After a decade of twists, suspense and unforgettable moments, this feels like a fitting conclusion to the series. The story keeps you engaged and makes you think right till the end.

A special mention to Amar Mohile for the background score — it adds so much to the tension, atmosphere and overall cinematic experience. 🎶👏

If you’ve followed Drishyam over the years, I’d definitely recommend watching this one in theatres. And if you haven’t watched the earlier two films, revisit the journey before watching the conclusion.

No spoilers — just go experience it! ❤️🎬
