Only took us 10 years but Paris finally thinks we’re tres chic! 🥐. This is my dream come true- no early PFW call time, no lugging my kit around cobblestone streets, and I get to watch this all come to life with the greatest team. 🥹 I’m so grateful

My gratitude list this morning - grateful for being a working mom, feeling good in my skin again 11 months postpartum and watching all the friendships that have been made on @theouai team. 🫶🏻

After 6 literally life-changing years, I can’t believe I’m saying bye to my OUAI fam 🥲

I don’t usually share personal things here, so you know this is making me feel all the feels. First off let me just say—I did not think when I walked into a (Downtown 🥴) WeWork in 2018 to meet two people named Amanda Martinez and Hannah Beals how much my life was about to change.

You don’t know how to be a compassionate, confidence-building, loyal, reliable manager unless you’ve worked under @amartinez7. You don’t know how to be the smartest, most creative and encouraging leader unless you’ve worked with @hannanbeals. And you don’t know the power of authenticity, empathy and confidence unless you have a leader like @jenatkinhair.

This company has given me more than I can ever put into words—and I truly can’t believe how lucky I am to have been able to love going to work each day. It’s so bittersweet to say goodbye, but everything good has to come to an end 🤍

PS: the last slide is from my very first day. They had already made a stocking with my name on it, and I have never felt more at home 🏠
