Lair Gurugram is a sophisticated cocktail bar and Pan-Asian dining spot in Global Foyer Mall on Golf Course Road. Known for inventive craft cocktails, live sushi, and Asian fusion bites, it offers a dimly-lit speakeasy vibe with attentive service. Perfect for date nights or evenings out, open daily from 6 PM to 2 AM.

The Ladakhi Chef refers to Jigmet Mingur, a former monk turned celebrated cook who champions authentic Ladakhi cuisine. After years in monasteries and training in Goa, he returned to Ladakh to run intimate farm-to-table experiences at Tsam Khang near Leh. Using foraged herbs, barley, wild chives, and seasonal mountain ingredients, he preserves traditional dishes like nyamthuk, khambir, and Silk Route-inspired pulao while hosting pop-ups across India to share the region’s unique high-altitude flavours.

Wait are you telling me that my favourite bar also makes the BEST food? And in fact, may be the only spot in Delhi-NCR that has Nasi Lemak on the menu? And that it NAILS the nasi lemak?

But screw that, everything i ate was insane? The Xiao Long baos, the cheung fun- just INSANE.
