@amazonfit__ 2.0 wasn’t just an event, it was a movement.
A space created by Ihuoma Nwigwe selfitnessng where women came together, pushed their limits, and found power in sisterhood.

We were there capturing the energy, the smiles, and the moments that made it unforgettable.

Big love to Sandra Osaigbovo @sandraosaigbovo , Alice @shapeshiftalice and the other amazing instructors who kept the fire burning.

Oct 2nd, 2023. I participated in the Amazon 3.0 event, the feeling was special. But what was more special was all the amazing people I got to share this event with @audraeypeyton @gloryivharue

The opportunity to meet @iamnino_b , and the new network I created @nikkidibbles @joyous_maintenance_services , all thanks to @amazonfit__ @selfitnessng @skyfitlagos
Meanwhile @gloryivharue all the countless bottles @pocarisweatng water you made me drink 😊, all becaus @gloryivharue was searching for the right angles 😂.

Amazonfit 3.0 was indeed an amazing experience 🫡👍🏾

#throwback This time last week, I was at @skyfitlagos with @iam_berachah, @iamomotolanifaith and @kindymavis, at the @amazonfit__ Wellness and Brunch. Yes, it was amazon! 🤭 And I had a lotta fun. Glad I did not turn down the offer.

And as the Nigerian that I am, I did not miss the chance to take a picture with the amazing @shapeshiftalice, who legit made me reaffirm my intentions to be fit and to keep keeping fit even as a grandma and great grandmother. 😂😍

And what better way to tell that weird dream I had about @siruti that it was actually straight up weird? 😅 Well, I got a shot with him too. Because, why not? 🤷🏾‍♀️ Not too much paparazzi sha, just putting stuff on record. 😎

The cherry on the cake, however, is how the Girl Guiding spirit in my girls pushed us to voluntarily clean up the premises after the workout sessions. I hustled for a sack (which I got from the ice-bath people during the challenge) and my girls separated the @pocarisweatng bottles from the @monsterenergy cans. Because, recycling is a lifestyle and in a geo-location that doesn't exactly recognize it, we set a standard. We made sure we cleared the litters and I couldn't have mistook the relief in my girls. Nah, they felt satisfied. And even when the food vendors delayed and almost did not get our brunch (which was generously made available by the host @selfitnessng), we were unbothered when we set to leave. But, you know, the man who works must eat. We got our package the moment we stepped out of the elevator at the exit. 😋

It was a win-win situation. Got the chance of a workout vacay with my girls. 🤩 Got the chance to see some of our amiable TV personalities looking all peng, beautiful and handsome in person. No cap. Got the chance to have a taste of @etifarmsglobal mushrooms which had me wondering if I can do well with foreign meals. 🙈 Got the chance to practicalize what we are taught and what we preach by cleaning up our environment. 💯 Shout out to the Girls' Guide Association worldwide.
There's no way I'm forgetting the experience soon. 😊

Cheers to living long and in good health to experience more beautiful events like this and even better ones. 😁 Cheers to @amazonfit__
