Breathwork Experience at @levelx.club in Brisbane 🌏🔥✌️ Today I hosted a private breathwork experience designed to help founders & leaders reset, recentre, recalibrate and tap into their inner power. Working on the level of the nervous system, understanding how to regulate your emotions, building resilience, expanding your capacity and clearing out old energy is so important. The breath is such a powerful tool that you can tap into and harness to be able to do all of that..and so much more. When we are feeling connected, clear and present it allows us to make decisions, choices and take aligned action that creates positive outcomes in life, relationships and business. Thank you @emil_juresic @simonbeard and the rest of team for having me on board today and for the invite. So great to offer this experience and share this powerful work with the members of @onelifeclub_ @levelx.club Setting the standard for leadership and business that prioritises lifestyle, fulfilment, health, wellness community & connection. Level X is a premium health and wellness centre, the service and staff are excellent, there is a kitted out gym, hyperbaric chamber, body scan tech, red light therapy, recovery centre with cold plunges and beautiful stone sauna that is actually hot.. I finished up with a solid hour session in the recovery centre, in and out of the sauna and cold plunge...so good. Feeling alive, grateful and tapped in. 🔥 Let's Get It. 🦁 Scotty
