Allow me to reintroduce myself. I’m Stoked Seashells. Born from a love for the ocean, built by hand on Oʻahu, and made for the people who want to carry a little piece of the sea with them. I’m sterling silver, gold-filled details, handpicked shells, pearls, sea glass, and one-of-one pieces that were never meant to look exactly like everyone else’s. I’m late nights at the bench, sandy mornings searching for shells, learning as I go, and turning pieces of the ocean into something you can keep. Small batch. Handmade. Ocean inspired. This is Stoked Seashells. Handmade is the new luxury. 🌊 Thanks for joining my journey 🫶🏽🐚🌈

The fire took my home. It didn’t get to take my future. In 2024, I watched the life I knew disappear in smoke. I lost more than walls and belongings. I lost safety, familiarity, and the version of me who thought tomorrow would look anything like yesterday. Trauma has a strange way of dividing your life into before and after. And I want to be honest: I will never call what happened a blessing. Pain is not beautiful while you’re inside it, and survival doesn’t always look strong. Sometimes survival is simply getting through the day. But somewhere in the after, I met a version of myself I had never needed to become before. The ocean gave me room to breathe. Then I started making things with my hands. One shell. One piece of sea glass. One crooked solder seam. One tiny act of choosing to create after life had destroyed so much. I taught myself. I kept showing up. Slowly, those little acts became Stoked Seashells—an Oʻahu handmade jewelry brand, yes, but also proof that my story didn’t end in that fire. Trauma can change you. It can hollow you out, rearrange you and make you question everything you thought you knew about yourself. But sometimes, when you’re ready, you get to decide what grows in the space it left behind. I became more creative. More brave. More myself. Not because the fire was a gift—but because rebuilding was a choice I kept making. Every piece I create now carries a little of that truth: Your after does not have to be smaller than your before. It can be messier, stranger, handmade—and more beautiful than anything you once imagined. This is Stoked Seashells. Built from saltwater, survival and the stubborn belief that something beautiful could still come next. 🌊🐚 If you’re in your own “after” right now, this is your reminder: You are not finished. Save this for the days you forget—or send it to someone who is rebuilding. 🤍 #StokedSeashells #HawaiiMadeJewelry #TraumaRecovery #WomenOwnedBusiness #OceanInspiredJewelry
