Reliving the incredible weekend that was @badgermusicfestival back in August.

@bkellzmusic & @solflowermusic curated an awesome stage that truly felt like a home “bass” all weekend.

@loopstory23 is a project that I’m constantly looking to grow, evolve, and push into new spaces, and opportunities like this are what make that possible.

I’ll admit, sometimes it’s hard to fight the imposter syndrome of being a band kid trying to find my place in a world of producers. But then weekends like this happen. Strangers become friends, new relationships turn into community, and I’m reminded that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

Grateful for every opportunity, every connection, and every step along the way.

My heart is tingling with joy and gratitude these days.

With a calmness and peace I’ve been craving.
It’s like that girl who felt the pain of those lonely days feel like a stranger.
I’d show her all these photos to tell her it gets better.
To have patience for what’s to come.
I’d do my best to describe the love and beauty ahead.
But nothing can really describe the tranquility and wholeness I feel deep within.

The years of turmoil in my body
The aches and pains of transformation.
I couldn’t fathom this serenity even if I was told this was what it was like.
How peaceful it is to exist in this brain these days, this nervous system.

I worked so hard to be here.
Beyond relieved it’s real.

I wish nothing but the same for my next year of life. Thank you to those who celebrated 27 w me 💖💖

I have the sweetest, cutest, most fun and loving humans in my life. I love you all with every particle of my being❤️

I have a feeling these will be the good ol days.

Sacred Silliness is a term I learned at my first yoga teacher training. It can take on so many meanings, but one thing I know for sure is that we all need some of it in our lives!

At Breathe & Bloom, we believe some of the most meaningful moments happen between the giggles.

A scarf balanced on a little head becomes a breathing exercise. A crab walk builds strength and confidence. A turtle shell as child’s pose invites a moment of calm. What looks like “just playing” is actually children practicing mindfulness, body awareness, creativity, and connection in a way that feels joyful and true to childhood.

Because when children fall in love with the practice, the tools stay with them for life. 💛

At Breathe & Bloom, we believe children deserve the long-term benefits of yoga in a way that feels joyful, playful, and true to childhood.

Every adventure is thoughtfully designed to nurture growing minds and bodies through movement, breath, imagination, and connection.

The last couple of weeks, we’ve had so much fun in space—exploring faraway places like Planet Tadasana and Planet Anjaneyasana before grounding our energy back on Earth. 🚀🪐👽
