Sorry for the length of this, but I felt it so important to share 🫶🏽🤍

Sometimes the universe will send us the same person in a different body… over and over… until we finally learn the lesson. 💫

This year taught me that truth in the rawest, realest way. Patterns I thought I’d healed reappeared in new faces, and I realized it wasn’t about them—it was about me. My boundaries. My worth. My healing. And the pieces of me still searching for love in the places that hurt me most. 💔➡️💡

I’ve been in the depths of a hard mental health season. One that forced me to stop, feel, and face everything I’ve tried to outrun. Grief hit me in ways I didn’t expect—it wasn’t just about loss.

But through it all… I kept showing up. I let myself feel the pain so I could release it. I sat with it. I cried. I journaled. I breathed through the ache. And slowly… I began to rise. 🕊️

To everyone who reached out, checked in, listened without judgment, and held space for me—thank you. You helped light the way when I couldn’t see it myself. I’m forever grateful for your love, your patience, and your presence. 🌷🤍

Healing is messy. Grief is nonlinear. But I’m learning that the more I lean in, the more I let go. And in that letting go… I’m finally free. 🌊✨
