there is magic in feeling the energy spiral through a room as people collectively surrender. to bear witness in each other’s breakthroughs and healing in real time i’m frequently brought back to the fact that the work we do within inevitably reflects outward. heal so you can hold space for others to heal keep showing up ❌🧿rin have you ever experienced breath work or a sound bath?

BREATHWORK💚SOUND BATH💚COCAO Loss takes many forms, not just death. It can show up as a relationship ending, a pet passing, a friendship fading, your body changing, or a version of your life you once expected letting go to make room for something new. Whatever you’re releasing, this workshop offers a way to move it through the body, not just talk about it, so you can create space for what’s next. We begin with circular breathwork, a continuous breathing pattern with no pause between inhale and exhale. This shifts your body out of its usual holding patterns and creates space for emotion to move and release. Each participant wears noise-cancelling headphones, creating a fully immersive, personal experience where you can turn inward without distraction, even in a room full of others doing the same work. From there, we settle into restorative movement, gentle, slow stretches and body-led motion that help integrate what the breathwork stirred up. There’s no performance here, no right way to move. It’s simply space to let your body come back to rest. We close with a cacao ceremony, a warm, heart-opening ritual to soften the nervous system and hold what’s surfaced. Sipping slowly together, we set an intention for what we’re releasing and what we’re welcoming in. No experience needed. You don’t need to explain what you’re releasing or even name it out loud. You just need to breathe, move, and sip. Come as you are, ready to let go and open up. 🗓️ September 12th ⏰ 6 - 8 PM ✔️ https://www.simpletix.com/e/immersive-circular-breathwork-experience-tickets-287575 #zenspacewellnessstudios #breathworkhealing #soundbath #cocaoceremony

💥WOW💥 Our Free To Roar Yoga & Silent Ecstatic Dance was… INCREDIBLE 🪩 We awakened with yoga, breath, and transitioned into a silent ecstatic dance journey inspired by the fearless energy of the lion! The all-levels yoga flow activated our solar plexus and throat chakras-the centers of confidence, courage, authentic expression, and personal power. After we built inner fire through breath and movement, we released self-doubt and reconnected to our true inner voice. The silent ecstatic dance experience was transformative💥 We danced freely without judgment, expressing authentically, and connected more deeply with our body’s emotions and inner wisdom. Our bodies loosened, our minds escaped, our faces smiled and our hearts laughed all while we made a deeper connection within our community. This is a must do experience! 🧡 Plan on joining us in October for a Halloween themed Silent Disco🪩 #zenspacewellnessstudios #yoga #oviedoyoga #silentdisco #EcstaticDance
