Listen, the competition (aka our friends) is STEEP in this category. We love them all. Their work? Impeccable. Their friendships? Solid.

But someone’s gotta win, so go vote. For us, for them, for someone! ✔️link in stories.

“You can’t have four kids 8 and under and run a wedding planning company.” (Seven kids 8 and under including Matulis and Sasko crew)

Yes, we can.

Built a dream job as a mom, hired some moms. Planned hundreds of weddings. Let’s. Go. 💪

🏛️Kayley + Ben 🏛️

The algorithm will tell us that we shouldn’t post 20 photos from a wedding with a love note to each client, it’s just not getting the reach. Our hearts will tell us, we literally do not care. Wedding planning is so much more than timelines and vendors and logistics. It’s real people experiencing giant feelings and emotions on one of the biggest days of their lives. Our logistics and skills certainly help but the secret sauce? Relationships.

From my first phone call with Kayley I knew I wanted to be there for every moment. Every emotion. Every memory. And I’m so grateful she let me do just that.

Kayley and Ben (and their families) are plain and simple, good people. Kindness, joy, and a little bit of sass. It’s so funny how much you can grow to love someone in what is at its core, a business transaction. (It’s never just that.)

This day was a warm but drizzly day in January with candles a plenty, florals worth stopping for, and enough love to fill the entire grand hall at 701 Whaley to the brim. Every now and then a client takes every single recommendation you give them for vendors and what happens? Vendors turned friends create wedding day magic, we know what the other needs before they voice it. We know how to move through the day like a well oiled machine because we are just that.

Kayley is now my friend, which is the best thing that ever could have happened out of the past 10 months. This year is about to be the best one yet for A Moi, and not because of volume of work - but because of relationships, and love, and the ability to do jobs we truly dreamed of. ✨

🍀 St. Pats on @devinestreet 🍀

Nothing beats the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations on Devine Street - sunshine, parade energy, and all the festive fun right outside Bella Columbia’s doors ✨

Here’s to local traditions, sweet moments, and a whole lot of green 💚
