We have had such a wonderful response to these play dates!
We will continue having them the 2nd Saturday of each month at 9:30am

Each time we will alternate from Monkey Park in Opelika to Duck Samford Park in Auburn.

We’ll enjoy some great conversations, play on the playground, and we’ll bring some extra toys too!

Wanna find your inner child again?? Come swing on the monkey bars with us this Wednesday afternoon!

We’re doing our first playground workout at 5:45pm at Hickory Dickory Park. Bring the kids to play with our volunteers or leave them at home, totally up to you! We will warm up and workout for 30-40 min, then enjoy hanging out for a bit.

Little man is learning to listen to his body! It’s a powerful tool we have… the ability to get quiet and listen to our bodies.

Motherhood can be fast and furious. Sometimes it feels like we’re on call 24-7, someone always needs something, or a task is always waiting to be checked off our lists!
But if we carve out time to ourselves to get quiet and listen, we can adjust the flow of our schedules to add or take away things we need or need less of…. we can take inventory of any health issues and be advocates for our mental and physical health. And when we do this, we end up with less fast & furious, and more wonderful & adventurous in our journeys!

So cheers to slowing down and listening to our own needs so we can be what they need us to be✨🧘✨#peaceful

If you want to get out and about Wednesday (6/30) am, @nicoleagostinoyoga is offering a free pop up yoga class at Town Creek Park at 9:30am.
We’ll have volunteers helping with kiddos so that you can really get quiet and listen🥰

And next week, we’ll hold a fun playground fitness class at Hickory Dickory on the 7th at 5:45p for anyone who can’t make the morning classes.

“I didn’t grow up doing yoga, but... it’s been fun learning over the years! I love becoming more aware of the tension in my body, the need to stretch in certain directions, and meeting new people while I learn”
@amberhanel ,
Owner @toughmotherretreats

Two weeks ago we arranged for @nicoleagostinoyoga to help mamas to stretch and strengthen their bodies🤩

We arranged for volunteers to play with kids so moms could concentrate on themselves 🥰
And we had some older kids trying yoga for the first time!!

We have @yogini.indie teaching this Friday, June 11th at Town Creek Park by the playground at 9:30

If you’re local, we’d love for you to join us. And if you aren’t local, just get out and find some mamas to move with😍 If you’re not sure how to make that happen or need encouragement, feel free to message us!

Having a strong support system is so important 💜

We are kicking off some fun summer activities for our Tough Mother Tribe this summer!

Anyone is welcome, so feel free to join us whether you’re a mom chasing kids, an aunt, daughter, or fur baby momma!!

The first community activity we are kicking the summer off with is a little weekly morning yoga. This Wednesday, our sweet friend @nicoleagostinoyoga
has offered to lead us in a peaceful and wonderful sequence!

Feel free to to bring the kiddos to move with us. And if you have never taken a class, don’t be shy... we are all at different places in our journey as well!!!💜

We look forward to seeing so many of your faces at the Nature Preserve off of N College St at 9:30 this Wednesday.

Donations to our kind instructor are welcome and bring a mat or towel if you have one.
When you park, just walk through the arch entrance down this trail a bit to the playground.

And if you work on Wednesdays, don’t worry, I’m sure we’ll have a fun pop up class on a weekend here or there throughout the summer!
See you all soon✨

Sometimes the best kind of friends stretch us to do things we didn’t even know we were capable of!

Who is someone that stretches you, yet let’s you relax and be yourself around them?

We hit another milestone!!
This past weekend, we celebrated our office expansion at our new location with a Ribbon Cutting. Thank you, @auburnchamber, Mayor Pro Tem Beth Witten (@blueturtlebeth), and family and friends for making it a memorable experience.
