For a lot of high-achieving women, rest doesn’t feel like rest. It feels like you’re not doing enough or like you’re falling behind.

Chances are, somewhere along the way, you learned that your worth is tied to your productivity and that rest must be earned. This belief probably helped you become successful, but our work with clients helps them realize that the mindset that helped you become successful is not the mindset that will help you STAY successful.

Humans nest rest. We deserve it!

Hot take(?), but stepping away from people and/or relationships that cause you harm is one of the hardest & bravest things you can do.

If you are feeling guilt or shame about walking away from abusive people, I just want you to know that I see you. I understand the pain it takes to cut someone out of your life whom you love deeply, but has caused you immeasurable pain. You’re strong. You’re capable. And you are not alone 🤍

Thank you to all of our incredible volunteers who showed up for Thanksgiving 2025. 🧡 This was our 13th year, and every single one of you helped make it special.

“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”

Your kindness, time, and love truly change lives.
This event would not be possible without @havasole who continuously gives out shoes to the less fortunate and inner community (please give them a follow and stay updated on their events) And a huge thank you to our sponsors who make this event bigger every year and continue to believe in our mission. 🤍 @ygla @jenafrumes @ambereileen__ , @karrueche @milkywaybrands , @starbucks and @goodqualityhuman ! We love you guys and thank you for becoming family!

✨ RSVP in our bio to volunteer for Christmas
✨ If you or someone you know may be interested in sponsoring, please DM us — we want to make Christmas big for our Venice Beach community.
