Farewell.

To competitive singles skating, thank you. This sport gave me more than jumps and spins. It taught me discipline on the days I didn’t feel like showing up. It taught me how to fail in front of everyone and get back up anyway. It taught me patience, humility, and a kind of quiet strength I didn’t know I had until skating asked me for it.

To my coaches and everyone who poured time, patience, and belief into me along the way, thank you. I wouldn’t be who I am without you, and I’m endlessly grateful for every opportunity this sport has given me, on and off the ice.

I’m not the same person who first stepped onto the ice 14 years ago, and I’m so grateful for that. So this is a goodbye to singles skating, not goodbye to skating itself. This is just the end of one chapter. There’s so much more ice ahead of me, just in a different way.

Thank you for everything.❤️

I had the BEST time at 2026 Jump On It Camp in Colorado Springs!! ⛸️💙 This was my third year going, and I was so happy to have fun with my long time friends while also making lots of new friends! Thank you so much to U.S. Figure Skating for inviting me, this was such an amazing experience! I learned so much and had fun every single day. I’m so grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait to keep working hard and come back even stronger! ✨

When we first made our intermediate team 6 years ago, I don’t think anyone thought we would make it this far. I know I didn’t, but through those 6 years, I have grown alongside some of the best people I have ever known and have experienced true camaraderie, friendship, and trust. Synchronized skating opened up so many new possibilities, including being a part of Team USA, that I otherwise would not have access to. Being able to say that I was a part of the Ice Denettes when we had only one team is astonishing knowing that our organization has grown so much over the years. Even though my journey skating with the Ice Denettes ends here, I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for the first team in Arizona. Thank you to everyone who helped and supported me—coaches, teammates, team parents, and more—and I wish you all the best. Go Ice Denettes! 🌵☀️💙
