💛💛💛 show up differently for yourself…..I did💛 Being drawn to New Orleans to heal a broken heart after the death of my niece was unimaginable. Loosing the one friend I thought I had in the entire city worsened the trauma. 1) Finding peace in God 2) Meditation with my ancestors 3) Realizing I could rewrite myself ….were the actions I took to start healing. Finding 3 great friends who came with BONUS ⭐️✨✨ FRIENDS helped accelerate the healing process. I’m still healing but grateful for everything God took away and put into and my life. Meeting spiritual people at the Ancestor Tree and sitting with “Mandela The Storyteller” in Congo Square listening to stories and feeling peaceful ancestral energy. All these events helped me both, remember who I am and who I will become. No one can steal my Magic EVER again! NEW ORLEANS….Thank you for helping me Rewrite myself, and the love you have shown me. New Orleans will forever be a part of me. I love yall New Orleans 💛💚💜#healing #spirituality #congosquare #happiness #encourage @Amber | Yoga + Wellness @therealbobbirae @Hyacinth @Kay (Health Babe) @revine3beautyspa

Girl… I was so busy overthinking everything that was leaving my life, I almost forgot to look at everything that was showing up. 😂💗 New friends, new adventures, new hobbies… apparently I have a whole new life forming over here and didn’t even realize it. 😂🥹 And the funny thing is, I was just saying yes, getting outside and doing things that made me happy. Who knew?! 😂 Maybe making room really was the point. 💗 Don’t judge me… I’m still figuring it out as I go. 😂💗 #HungryGirlAmy #LifeInMy40s #WomenOver40 #SoloAdventures #NewOrleans

WE DID IT. 🥹🩷 I’m still taking it all in. Bands, Back + Buns powered by @lululemon was my very first fitness brand collaboration, and seeing this vision come to life surrounded by so much love, energy, movement and COMMUNITY meant more to me than I can put into words. To everyone who showed up thank you. Not just for showing up for me, but for showing up for YOURSELF. You chose to move your body, challenge yourself, connect with new people and pour into your wellness. THAT is what this is all about. A huge thank you to @lululemon Canal Place for believing in my vision and helping bring Bands, Back + Buns to life. This is a moment I’ll never forget. 🥹 A special shoutout to @touchbyjoshuatree for guiding us through such a grounding breathwork session, and to @paris.cian for giving us the perfect stretch before the workout. You both helped set the tone for the entire experience. 🤍 To every vendor, @sweet_vegan222 @rejujuice @shadow_self_therapy_ @dlyonsstudio THANK YOU. You brought so much intention, generosity and personality to the experience. From the products and services you shared to the way you connected with everyone in the room, you helped make this feel like so much more than a workout. to the Squad @paris.cian @justine.m.ades_ @tootietootzpt.2 @faka_dono and everyone behind the scenes THANK YOU. Your energy, support and contributions made this experience so special. Y’all understood the assignment. 😂💪🏾 This moment was bigger than a workout for me. It was another reminder of why I started Built From Scratch by Bodied x Bobbi to create spaces where people can move, build confidence, connect and become stronger in more ways than one. My heart is FULL. My first fitness brand collaboration. 🥹 A room FULL of community. A vision brought to life. And the craziest part? This is only the beginning. 🩷 📸 @elevarelumo Fitness set @lululemon #BodiedxBobbi #BandsBackBuns #lululemon #NewOrleansFitness #FitnessCommunity
