Doing it for the love of the game. The love of serving others.

It’s an incredible blessing to have built and curated @ambitionrequiredrunning into the community that shows up and encourages each other in doing hard things.

These people in this room and those that show up to our runs, have taught me so much.

I am so thankful, but the Glory is all His.

It is because I’m saved that I serve.

When training becomes about how you feel, not how you look, there is no going back.
Thank you @brandonturrubiartes @ambitionrequiredrunning for my pictures😁

Had the pleasure of hosting Athletic Connection’s first free injury screening and recovery booth! Thank you to the leaders of San Antonio’s @ambitionrequiredrunning for collaborating with me on this and to all of the members who took advantage of my skills and knowledge!

Think you may have an injury that’s slowly creeping up on you? Maybe it’s already a problem and you need help getting it under control before the next big race 😰

Schedule your evaluation or recovery session with Athletic Connection and get started on jumping back into the game injury-free!

A couple years ago I would’ve told you I’m not a runner.

A full marathon? Not a chance I would ever do one.

But somewhere along the way, I fell in love with it.

Since then running has completely changed my body and my mindset. In the last year I’ve run 11 HYROX races, had two half marathon PRs, achieved a sub 18 minute 5k and my first marathon, finishing in 3 hours and 8 mins.

There are so many people who have done way more in this sport than I ever will. But I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m so grateful for everyone who has cheered me on, trained with me, and shown up for me along the way.

If there’s something you’ve been wanting to try, whether it’s running, fitness, or some other passion, don’t talk yourself out of it before you even start.

Maybe it goes the way you expected, maybe it doesn’t. But at least give yourself the chance to find out.

STOP OVER COMPLICATING RECOVERY

Are there great supplements/ technologies to help support recovery? Yes, of course— but at the end of the day, shiny recovery tools mean nothing if you don’t nail down the basics. Keep it simple, supplement where needed🤍

DAY 17/90. 50 MARATHONS IN 50 STATES IN 24 DAYS.

It was such a dope experience this morning running beside @williamgoodge and seeing first hand the work he’s putting in.

Maybe we can get him to a track workout @ambitionrequiredrunning soon👀

Comment if we should make it happen🐎
