Magic in the Whittier hills - the return of once lost furniture coming back to its original home! Through some of those meant to be moments, I was able to facilitate the return of some original furnishings that were purchased when this home was first built back in 1925. This coffee table (with those gorgeous baroque legs and iron stretchers) was purchased from Barker Bros, a long defunct furniture store based in Los Angeles. They would outfit the entire property with a mix of furniture fitting this romantic revival era home. That store also provided the furnishing for the Adamson House in Malibu and Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills; obviously a high class outfit. We were having a hard time finding the right coffee table for the room, and as it turns out, the table was waiting for us! #romanticrevival #mediterraneanarchitecture #whittierhills #whittier #antiques

You guys are the very best! I’m continuing to receive photos of TSFM finds in their new homes! To be completely honest, I never imagined this request would be met with such a big response but more than that, I never expected to be so moved by seeing my finds in your homes. It makes my heart happy & makes me long to get back to it!! Thank you wonderful friends for your continued support. Be well.
