Welcome to Caruso Creative. We are a women-owned, boutique brand and website studio based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, serving clients worldwide. ✨ I’m Natalie — the founder and designer behind the business, and I am so glad you’re here! I come from a big, Italian family of entrepreneurs that has built and run a successful business for over fifty years. Their restaurant is rooted in tradition, community, and the belief that meaningful connection is at the heart of everything. That legacy shaped everything in me. It taught me the value of hard work, the beauty of entrepreneurship, and the importance of building something meaningful – something that lasts. Today, with over 10 years of industry experience, I carry those values into my work. I am so blessed to have the privilege of helping passionate founders bring their stories to life through thoughtful, timeless design. Rachel @rachelcarusocreative is the brand and website copywriter for Caruso Creative – and she is also Natalie’s sister! Rachel has a rich background in English, linguistics, and professional writing. (She is also an epic bookworm.) She adores helping founders find their brand voice so that they can effectively communicate their message to their dream clients. Kelli @amecreatives is a certified SEO strategist on a mission to help small business owners get discovered online by their dream clients. She loves being an entrepreneur herself and loves helping other women discover and embrace their bold dreams. Our team works collaboratively within each of our specialities to serve our clients with creativity, thoughtfulness, and care. We can’t wait to meet you. 🥂 … #brandingstudio #womenownedsmallbusiness #websitedesigners #bespokedesign

Timeless design, crafted with heart 🤍 Welcome to a new chapter of Caruso Creative - a boutique design studio, rooted in connection. We partner with visionary founders to build brand and website experiences that are created with heart and intention. Through the years of creating brands for other small businesses, I realized something that was hard to admit: my own brand has never gotten the full attention that it truly deserves. As business owners, we wear so many hats and always pour our hearts into work for our clients. It can feel like there’s never enough time to step back, really sit with our own brand story, and update our visuals to match. That’s why I decided to partner with my friend Farrah at Everwest Design Studio. I knew that by looking at my business with a fresh set of eyes and collaborating on ideas, we could build something better than I would have done on my own. She knocked my vision out of the park and I am so excited to share it with you today. I am so proud of this business I’ve built over the last six years. I’m beyond grateful for the friendships I’ve made and the ways I’ve grown - personally, professionally, and creatively. To call this my career is a dream. In a world full of jobs that take from us and leave us exhausted, I am so humbled to say that mine has given me far more than it’s ever taken. Getting to use my creativity to serve fellow entrepreneurs — and doing so on a schedule that allows me the maximum time with my family — is truly a blessing.🤍

2025…thank you for the celebratory champagne pops, the challenges, the late nights, the lessons learned, the artistic growth, and even for the days I doubted myself. I am grateful for all of it. This year we celebrated our five year anniversary. We added a SEO & web design team member @amecreatives. We expanded our copywriting services with @rachelcarusocreative. We won a local graphic design award for @creativesfw. We found so many new friends in clients. We invested in ourselves, hit 3k followers, served a handful of new industries, and broke our own records. I feel beyond blessed by the love and support for this business, and to truly love what I get to call “work.” Here’s to 2026, friends. 🥂

We cannot believe we’re fully booked for the remainder of the year. 🥹 To all of our sweet clients who have made this year so far incredible: thank you! We’re already looking ahead, and our books are now officially open for January 2026. 🤍 The start of the year is when your audience is most attentive, so it’s the perfect time to invest in your business. Think brand design, website design, and a few a la carte options like SEO and copywriting. We’re also introducing rebrands for our past clients. (More to come here!) At our agency, we believe your brand should tell your story in a way that’s both beautiful and built to connect with the people you really want to work with. We love working with photographers, med spas, hair salons, interior designers, marketing agencies, and all women-owned businesses.  If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear all about your business. Send us a DM or visit our website to inquire.  (Fair warning: January dates never sit around for too long!) ✨ #carusocreative

POV: you’re our newest client. ✨ When we design a website for business, it’s a very hands-on process that’s built around you, your brand, and the dream clients you want to work with. If you’re curious about our month-long process, here’s the full breakdown: After you sign your contract, you’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire, be added to our agency calendar, and receive a surprise at your door to officially kick things off. 🎁 Week One: We focus on strategy and onboarding. You’ll get a kickoff email, we’ll plan your sitemap, and hop on a 1:1 strategy call to align on the vision. If you’ve added copywriting, that starts here, too, with @rachelcarusocreative. 👩🏻‍💻 Week Two: Once your copy is finalized, we design your custom homepage and send it to you for feedback. 🎨 Week Three: We build out the rest of your site in @showit and begin basic SEO. If you’ve added advanced SEO, we’ll start with that here, led by @amecreatives. 💻 Week Four: It’s launch week! We wrap up mobile design, connect your domain, and send over branded launch graphics and a walkthrough video. You also get two weeks of post-launch support for any questions or tweaks. ✨ Post-Launch: You’ll receive a client survey, a 30-day check-in, and, if advanced SEO is added, performance reports at 30 and 90 days. 💌 If you’ve been thinking about redoing your website or don’t have one just yet for your new business, this is your sign. Send us a DM or head to the link in our bio to grab your spot. We’re now accepting clients for October to December! ✨ #carusocreative

It really does take a village. 🤍 If you missed part one, I’m Natalie. I’m a designer, a working mom, and the founder of Caruso Creative. It’s a graphic design studio based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, created to support small business owners with branding, @showit websites, SEO, and more. After leaving my corporate marketing job, I knew I wanted to pursue this full-time, but I wasn’t quite there yet, and my client list wasn’t big enough. Thankfully, my husband believed in me before I fully believed in myself, and that made all the difference. I took on part-time work while slowly building the agency behind the scenes. I learned that baby steps are a good thing after all. Then in 2022, our daughter was born, and I scaled things back to focus on our growing family. (She makes a guest appearance on my IG Stories from time to time!) Fast forward to this year: I’ve been able to scale up again. I’m surrounded by an incredible group of women, including @rachelcarusocreative, @amecreatives, @profitpriority, @simplybalancedva, @thegoodwinedit, and many others. And, I can’t forget our amazing clients. I’m so thankful for this journey and everyone who’s been part of it. Thank you for being here. Stay tuned for part three. 🤍 #carusocreative
