🙌 What do a 400 years old Japanese pottery technique and Photography have in common? 🤔

📖 "Kintsugi" is the Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold 🏺

It is built on the idea that in embracing flaws and imperfections, you can create an even stronger, more beautiful piece of art.

But what does it have to do with photography? 📷

All photographers have started from zero.
They weren't born with a camera in their hands.
The results they have achieved came after a lot of errors, mistakes, and bad moments.

The same happened to you.

So, what to do with those errors? Locking them forever and throw the key away? 🔑

Not at all.

Today's Tip 💥: Create a Swipefile with your WORST photos 🙌

With a Swipefile, you collect and store bits of inspiration. It can be a folder on Google Drive, Dropbox, or on your PC 📂

In this way, you will face your "mistakes" not with embarrassment, but with the awareness of who you were and who you are now.

We called our one "Origins", but you can call it whatever you want! 🏷️

It’s evidence that we’re all fallible, that we heal and grow.
You can choose to learn from your experience, you can pick up your broken pieces and heal them with gold 🏺

Exposing vulnerabilities, by admitting errors, creates intimacy and trust in relationships and fosters mutual understanding 🌹

And remember, maybe the best swipefile is... The people that you surround yourself with! 👫
So, in this post, we want to tag those who stayed by our side from almost the beginning of our project!
(We'd love to tag hundreds of people, but unfortunately, Instagram gives us a limit)

What about you❓
What do you think about "mistakes"? How do you face them? 🔥

Tell us your thoughts in the comments below! 👇📖
