Thank you @libertyuniversity for 3 years of growth, community, and intentional development of my relationship with God! Since the moment I stepped foot on campus, I knew there was something different about it. I met so many people who genuinely loved Jesus and cared to encourage me like I’d never seen before. My classes were filled with students who sought to learn about government, ASL, and so many other topics, and the professors changed my view and taught us to think deeper and better through a biblical worldview. Through the many experiences of being a club president, co-president of the Dean’s Council, and Student Body Vice President, I learned that at the end of the day, growing in my love for Jesus and others was the greatest mission I could fulfill. I loved advocating for the student body, the School of Government, talking to as many people as I could each day, drinking an ungodly amount of caffeine, and writing my senior thesis on adoption and foster care. If I had not attended Liberty University, my life would be so different, but it was truly all God’s plan to get me from Southeast TX to Lynchburg, VA! If I could go back and tell my freshman self what I would change or do differently, I would say maybe drink more water and eat food, but besides that… nothing. Thank you to the life-long friends, professors, and the LU leadership who poured into me and shaped me to be who I am today. Thank you to my parents and family for believing in my and supporting me with prayer, FaceTime calls, and oh yeah… money haha. Thank you Liberty for facilitating a campus and atmosphere that loves Jesus and trains champions for Christ. And finally, thank you Jesus for blessing me with these 3 years and all Your faithfulness.

Amelia & Jiarus 💌

This past weekend, I had the honor of being a part of Jiarus and Amelia’s proposal! From the first time Jiarus and I hopped on a phone call to talk over all the details of his proposal, I was so impressed by his intentionality and love for Amelia! The way he talked about her and their whole love story just left me speechless.

When the day of their proposal finally came, it was so lovely to meet Amelia and watch how beautifully they love each other! From the way they crack each other up to the way they gaze one another, they truly have a love that will last the ages and I can’t wait to see all that the Lord has in store for them in this next chapter:) 🥂

If you are planning to propose to the love of your life and are looking for a photographer who will intentionally capture and celebrate you and your love story, I’m your girl!! Send me an inquiry from through my website and I will be touch to help you make your proposal unforgettable:)
