Summer job with Dad: where you work hard, learn the family business… and spend most of the day asking him for something. 😂 “Dad, can you buy me lunch?” “Dad, can I have Friday off?” “Dad, can I borrow your card?” “Dad, can you order this for me?” “Dad… one more thing…” At this point, we’re not sure who’s actually getting paid for this summer job. 🤣 Nothing like working with your daughter all summer to remind Dad that his real job is apparently funding the requests. ❤️😂 #georgiagrown #iamgeorgiagrown #dilloncandycompany #bostonga #handmadecandy

POV: You’re filming the perfect Dillon Candy video… and the phone rings. 📞😂

Around here, the camera can wait—but our customers can’t! Every call gets answered, even if it takes a sprint across the room. 🍬❤️

Some of the best parts of the day aren’t planned.

For Amelia, a great day starts with a hug from Lily. ❤️

After 24 years at Dillon Candy Company, Lily is still sharing smiles, hugs, and the kindness that makes this place feel like family. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Learning the family business from Dad… one “right way” lesson at a time. 😂

Schitt’s Creek fans will get this one. ❤️

Some of the best business lessons are passed down, not taught in a classroom.
