Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, and shared this special moment with me. HILO was created from the memories, traditions, and stories that have shaped who I am, and being able to share that with all of you is something I’ll forever be grateful for. Thank you to everyone who helped bring this vision to life, from the team behind the scenes to every model, artist, collaborator, and guest who became part of this experience. The stage production held a deeply personal meaning for me. I wanted to recreate my abuelita’s home and bring a piece of Mexico to Los Angeles. Because my mom isn’t able to visit her hometown, creating that space was my way of bringing a little bit of home to her a place filled with memories, love, family, and belonging. Every detail was intentional, and it became more than a set , it was a tribute to where we come from and the people and places that continue to shape us. This collection was never just about clothing. It was about home, our roots, our families, and the beauty of where we come from. You didn’t just attend a fashion show. You stepped into a piece of my story and into a space that represents so much of my family’s history. And for that, mil gracias, de todo corazón.
