How it looks after your gate gets changed 3 times, your flight gets delayed 30 mins, and you arrive too late to get food.

BUT YOU MADE IT!!! 🎉🎉🎉
(Plus you got free headphones and and found a Snack in your bag. 😂😉)

DALLAS!!! I’M HERE!!!

@ebonyfitweekend Orlando was sooo much fun!!! I’m grateful that I got to hang with such BRILLIANT minds and find out more about them as human beings.

That’s one of the great things about these Weekends! The Connections that you make!!!

Dallas is next week! Atlanta is after that! Get your tickets! This is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY!!!

I love this feature. It’s a quick way for me to keep up with content that catches my eye and is available when I’m ready to execute something new. It’s also super helpful when I’m organizing for a day of content creation or when I know I’m going out of town and want to use it later.

Did you know you could send messages to yourself? If so, what’s your favorite reason for using this feature?

In the Age of Social Media it can be easy to get caught up in people’s highlight reels. Remember that Authenticity is what’s most important. Nobody’s REALLY Perfect. Even the “Perfect Pattys/Patricks” of the World. Who you are IS Enough and the people who are meant to connect with you will.

Tell me,how do YOU stay grounded in this Social Media Age?

Soo…I upgraded my phone to create better content and ALL MY REELS GOT DELETED!!! (all the drafts anyway) 😭😭😭

@fitwithcj is always telling me to POST THE CONTENT! (And back it up as well.)

Let my L be a Lesson to us all. IF YOU MAKE IT THEN POST IT! (or at least save it 😭😭)

Head shoulders knees & toes… aren’t they just rocking those lovebug outfits?! 😍

Say hello to some of our lovebugs!

We’ve had so much fun with them this week, and can’t wait for it to continue. We love seeing their style and personality come out of the shop. It’s so cute what lights up one face from another! 🤩🤩🤩🤩
