92% of organizations are using AI. Only 7% are actually seeing strategic results. Why?

Most teams get stuck in the “Efficiency Plateau.”

They use AI to draft emails faster or summarize meetings, but the underlying operational bottleneck and the messy data privacy questions…remain untouched.

Real transformation isn’t about collecting more AI prompts. It’s about 3 simple things:

Problem Diagnosis: Identifying the exact operational bottleneck before touching a tool.

Prioritization: Evaluating solutions based on mission impact vs. operational risk.

Governance: Giving leadership and staff a clear, practical framework for responsible use.

Stop collecting AI tools and start solving organizational problems.

What’s the single biggest bottleneck holding your team back right now?

We’re trying to use AI to do everything all at once, and it’s burning out both our teams and our systems.

The current playbook for enterprise AI integration usually looks like a sprawling mess: try every tool, prompt twenty different models at once, automate every single process overnight, and hold your breath.
It’s the digital equivalent of spinning plates until something shatters.

The most effective AI adoption isn’t about doing more…it’s about ruthless focus.
Don’t try to overhaul your entire tech stack on day one.

Don’t build bloated, 50-step workflows that require constant human babysitting.

Pick one high-friction operational bottleneck.

Build a clean, modular AI governance framework around that single problem. Nail it. Scale it. Then…and only then…move on to the next silo.

Are you trying to automate your whole operation this week, or are you narrowing in on the one bottleneck that actually moves the needle?

In my past life, I spent years chasing ‘solutions’ before truly diagnosing the root problem. It cost me time, energy, and sales.

Today, I see organizations doing the same with AI. They buy a tool, hoping it’ll magically fix everything, without first getting crystal clear on their actual bottleneck. It’s the most expensive mistake you can make.

That’s why my process starts with rigorous problem diagnosis, then maps solutions, and finally, creates an actionable plan. Sometimes that plan involves AI, sometimes it involves a simpler process. But it always solves a real problem.

Have you ever invested in a solution that didn’t fix the real problem? Share your story!

Most businesses try to find AI first.

I help you find the problem first. Then we figure out if AI is even the answer.

What’s the #1 ‘AI myth’ you’ve heard recently?

How do you feel about Artificial Intelligence?

🤖 I’ve been hearing a lot of different opinions lately about AI… 👨‍💻

For me.. diving into the things that scare me, that makes me feel and that I know can help even when others can’t see it is why I’m sharing my AI journey.

It’s in your hands now 🤚

After spending time mapping out the true operational capacity of the nonprofit sector, my mind is genuinely blown by the scale of impact now possible with thoughtful AI integration.

We’re past the theoretical stage; the potential for organizations from automating compliance overhead to amplifying mission delivery…is immense.

I’m channeling this excitement into building lean, affordable strategies designed to move the sector forward, focusing entirely on translating that immense possibility into actionable, real-world results.

🏔From Hot Springs to AI: Why the Future of Technology Needs More Nature 😶‍🌫️

Recently, my wife and I spent a few days at a hot spring resort in the mountains.

No screens, no apps, no AI.

Just sky, water, music, and silence.

At night the stars were so bright it felt like standing inside the universe itself. We watched the Milky Way spill across the sky and saw Mars rising red after sunset. Shooting stars streaked above us like sparks from some cosmic forge.

In that stillness, something clicked.

I realized that these experiences — the ones that humble you, ground you, and reconnect you to something bigger — are exactly what technology can’t replace. But they are also the experiences that AI can help us integrate once we return to the world of work, ideas, and action.

As an AI innovator, I’m building my career around emerging technologies. But my time offline reminded me of something critical: AI isn’t here to automate our humanity — it’s here to help us understand it, to draw meaning from it, and to scale the insights we gain from real, living experiences.

That’s the approach I bring to my work:

Immersion first. Real life, real people, real nature.

Integration next. Use AI to contextualize, learn, and design.

Innovation last. Build tools and strategies that actually serve human evolution — not just efficiency.

This rhythm changes everything. Instead of using AI as another layer of noise, we can use it as a mirror and a magnifier for what truly matters.

We can build systems that foster creativity, community, and deeper connection — the same way ancient skywatchers used the stars for navigation and meaning.

If you’re looking for someone to help you or your organization use AI in a way that is aligned with human growth, not just productivity metrics, that’s my lane. My work sits at the crossroads of technology, nature, and human potential.

Because the future of AI isn’t about replacing us.

It’s about helping us become more fully ourselves

The Power of Digital Detox in a Tech-Driven World

🛑 What happens when an AI innovator goes completely offline for a few days at a mountain hot spring?

The stars came alive. ✨

The Milky Way spilled across the sky.

Mars blazed red after sunset.

It was a reminder that technology can’t replace the deep human experience — but it can help us integrate it when we return.

Stay tuned — I’m sharing how this shapes my approach to AI and human evolution.
