Post-workout💪🏾:
First and for most, special thanks to @amiable.n for providing me with her grandmothers homemade sauce. I really felt that kick shem. This isn’t for the weak but it sure is tasty 😋 It gave me what I’ve being longing for😮‍💨A taste that you quite frankly don’t just find in Rondebosch, Newlands or Claremont. Reminds me of the chilli chips we used to eat as kids in Bushbuckridge or my favourite achaar from grandmothers home in Shayandima 🏡 This that REAL real. Consider me a consistent client👌🏾👌🏾Shoot your girl @amiable.n a DM - support black owned business and revive your taste buds in the process😁

Beyond that, this is my carbonara post-workout bulk meal🍳

My daily protein target is about 180g so this was perfect from the egg base 🥚 to the diced bacon🐷 and the feta sauce 🧀 I added leftover from my TikTok🎥

Also @aromat_sa beef just makes it make sense😋
