Don & Francilda are officially HOME! 🏡🤍 After selling their last home and renting, I found them the perfect place—and their new mortgage payment is less than what they were paying in rent! 🙌 Huge thanks to Angela at Three Peaks Mortgage for the financing and Jaime at Empire Title for pulling it all together at the closing table. So happy for these two! 🥂

🔑🔑 Double the closings, double the joy this week! 🎉 First up — meet Taylor, a first-time homebuyer and genuinely one of the sweetest humans I’ve had the privilege to work with! 🥹💛 Watching someone get the keys to their very first home never gets old, and Taylor’s excitement was contagious. Huge shoutout to Kody Miller for making the lending side seamless, and Tyler Gage for incredible guidance start to finish! 🏦🏠 And then… there’s the H family 😂 They didn’t just close on a home, they kind of adopted us along the way! After years of living and traveling all over Europe, they decided it was time to call Colorado home — and somehow myself, Angela, and Ashley became their people too. Lunch dates are already on the calendar because that’s just how these things go sometimes. 🍽️✨ Thank you Angela for taking such good care of them on the lending side, and Ashley for matching them with the perfect home! #kaysiacoversyou #coloradoandarizona #closingday

Huge win for my buyers! 🏡✨ Thanks to an amazing lender + builder partnership, my clients are getting a brand new home in the school district they wanted while saving a huge amount on their monthly payment. This is why having the right team matters. So happy for them!

Under contract in Wolf Ranch 🤍 This one feels extra special. I’ve been staying connected with this family for months as they prepared for their PCS move to Colorado Springs this summer—and this is exactly why relationships matter in real estate. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect…The previous buyer wasn’t able to move forward on a home they had already built, which opened the door for my clients to step in and secure an incredible deal—with all the upgrades already in place. Truly one of those right place, right time moments ✨ Huge thank you to the team at Empire Homes—especially Teri and Sonja. You both have been amazing to work alongside, and your partnership made this such a smooth and exciting process for everyone involved. And of course, their preferred lender helped bring it all together seamlessly. This is what it’s all about—connection, timing, and getting my clients to the other side with something even better than they imagined. If you’re planning a move to Colorado Springs—whether it’s next month or next year—I’d love to start that conversation early 🤍

✨ Detroit bound & so grateful! 🏙️💙 Getting to attend the UWM Success Track conference alongside some of the most amazing women in the industry — lenders and Realtors who pour so much into their businesses and their clients — was such a special experience. And bonus? I got to meet two of these incredible ladies for the first time! A huge heartfelt thank you to Tiffany & Angela for the invite, and to Three Peaks Mortgage/Dustin for making it all happen. And of course — thank you Mat Ishbia for creating a space where professionals like us can come together, learn, and grow. 🏡📊 We walked away with so much great information and even better memories. 💛 Here’s to building businesses AND friendships! 🥂 Your friendly neighborhood insurance guru, tagging along and loving every second 😄🛡️ #UWM #ThreePeaksMortgage #Detroit #WomenInRealEstate #WomenInLending InsuranceAndRealEstate

Took Ashley on an impromptu unplanned trip to Colorado to bond, clear our minds, and visit friends I met 30 years ago when I was her age. Sometimes we need to slow down and reflect on what matters most! So thankful for this past couple days of clarity and reflection. Thank you Aimee, Angela, & Heather for changing plans last minute to spend quality time with us. It was a memorable trip and I am forever grateful. When you know you need a break - take it! Life moves too fast. Be kind to yourself.
