Over ONE STONE down in 8 weeks 🤯🔥

But that’s not the best bit!

Amie is quite literally transforming her lifestyle top to bottom by following her tailored plan!

Having known Amie for 17 years and repeatedly trying to convince her that the gym is the best kind of medicine, she was having none of it… until now!! 👏🏽

She is now getting to the gym almost daily whether that’s at 11pm after a day in A&E or at 6am after a night shift!! Her commitment is second to none and it shows! 😍

She is making more mindful choices with her nutrition, has ditched the takeaways and fast food and is learning how to increase her protein intake day by day while on my coaching programme!

But the best bit of it all… she looks forward to the gym, uses it as her way of de-stressing and has NEVER felt better and more energised! Her sleep has improved and her mental clarity is on an all time high! 🥳

I am SO proud of her and NOTHING is more rewarding than watching someone you’ve known for so long glowing and feeling more confident than ever ❤️

Keep smashing it girl! This will literally be life changing for you🔥

I bet they get sick of this! 😁

A combined 91+ years of friendship with these incredible human beings! ❤️

I often reflect on life and the rollercoaster that it has been and every time I do I’m reminded of how incredibly lucky I am to have the BEST friends in my corner!

5 babies 👶🏼

3 weddings 💒

100s of memories 🧠

Lots of laughs 😹

And all the love and support you could ever need! 🥰

Not forgetting the horrendous hairstyles, eyebrow trends, questionable outfit choices and all the fancy dress 😬

If you have one person in your corner, cheering you on and picking you up when life knocks you down then you’re doing better than some!

I am lucky enough to have all of these lot, day in, day out! Through the ups and downs, the highs and lows. The break ups, the break throughs. The crazy ideas and the days where you just don’t want to leave your bed! 🛌

They have seen me at my worst and also at my best!

Their love and support is something I will be forever grateful for and I will NEVER stop reminding them what they mean to me! 👭🏼

I definitely got lucky with this lot! ❤️

My girls, my best friends, my therapists, my voice of reason! Forever grateful! 🥹

If you do nothing else today, send one message or make one call. Remind someone how much you appreciate them! ✨

It’s so easy to get wrapped up in the chaos of day to day life and forget to be greatful for the people that have got your back, no matter what! Through thick and thin 😌

This girl..... she is my motivation, my biggest fan, my best friend, my rock and my soul mate! I could never put into words how important she is to me and how having her in my life means everything. She’s there on the best and the worst days, rain or shine! Never in my life have I met such a genuine, giving, caring person and I owe her so much! I don’t give her the credit she deserves but she is a truly magical, wonderful human being! I love you chicken forever making me smile❤️✨💎#bestfriendgoals #mymotivation #soppypost @amiebrooks
