Let’s show the world that queer joy belongs everywhere 💖

@AmishCountryQueer is a documentary that challenges expectations and tells the story of queer joy in small-town America. It’s about identity, resilience, community, and of course, drag 💅🏻✨

There’s a lot more to Amish Country than farmland & buggies…if you know where to look 😉🌈✨

Meet Brady Pappas ⭐️: a talented photographer who’s been capturing the magic of Lancaster’s underground queer scene and redefining what it means to belong. Experience queer joy in @amishcountryqueer - a short film now in the festival circuit 🎬🎥

2024 has been an incredible year for film! Equal parts creatively fulfilling & challenging. I’m so grateful to everyone I worked with; you’ve made me a better editor, director and overall creative. Looking forward to telling more stories next year (& making a whole lotta masks) ✨
