Best season yet!! So grateful for all these people who make it easier to just keep going. I love this job and I love you all. Goodbye to insane weather, many injuries, moldy tents, Maxx, and so much paperwork. 🌲

How lucky to be surrounded by so many incredible women.

Women that travel the world, speak many languages, own businesses, are in grad school and super educated, who cook and care for their own mothers and grandmothers, who show up with food even if you’re “doing fine”, who maintain homes and families while being strong, creative, funny, beautiful, women who don’t forget your birthday even if it’s been the hardest year of their life, women that are protectors, nurturers, leaders, and lovers, women that celebrate each other and who are everything, everywhere all at once and never complain. How lucky am I to get to spend my life knowing I have a village of women around me at every turn!!!

Happy international women’s day. What’s your favourite thing about being a woman or about the women around you?

🌞 THANK YOU 🌿To everyone who showed up for the Shifting Forms Symposium this past sunny weekend at Emily Carr University — THANK YOU!

We’re still buzzing from the energy, creativity, and knowledge shared. From matriarch talks to the VR Jam, every moment felt like a glimpse into a powerful future shaped by Indigenous storytellers. Here are some Photos from Friday Night - Day 1. 📸 Brenda Miller

This was more than a symposium — it was a collective moment of learning, witnessing, and imagining together. Stay with us for more!

Hosted by @spottedfawnproductions + @basicallygoodmedialab.
