on wednesdays we clinch and go hard on eachother. in this photo series, i wanted to showcase the fighters intensity and closeness when we get paired up by our coaches. we always hear 'no clinch, no muay thai' and I believe that is true.

Before The Bell (2026)

My recent trip to Bangkok, Thailand was in May 2026. I was there to enjoy my vacation and brought my @fujifilmme xh2s along with me to take some holiday images. Instead, I found myself training Muay Thai every other day and documenting amazing people at @pinsinchai_muaythai . Initially I wanted to gym hop around Bangkok but just fell in love with what Lat Phrao offered.

I got to spend time, make friends and document with some of the fighters in the gym. I wish I could be there 2x each day and take photos of everyone. Nevertheless, I'm quite happy with what was documented and I hope you feel the same way.

Glad to have this project printed in @zelzalworld 's ISSUE 003. Bless you @airplanemodev1 for the opportunity.

- ⁠Kids (6yrs-12yrs) Muay Thai Group Class from 5-6pm on Mon, Wed and Fri

- Sparring on Fridays at 6pm and 7pm

- Great for beginner & intermediate level athletes.
- ⁠Lots of the students here are getting ready for their first fight, so its great for those who want similar level of training
- ⁠Ideal for those who want the feel of a community & authentic Thai experience.

Call it divine timing, to love a fighting sport right when a fighting spirit is needed most. Nothing is ever up to chance. Ramadan came and swept with it all that needed to go, leaving me with bounds of love and a calm understanding of what matters most. Nothing is ever up to chance 🤷🏽‍♀️
