Cape Town Furniture Week is behind us, and we’re taking a moment to reflect.

Thank you to the @furnitureweek.capetown team for another thoughtfully crafted week. To every person who stopped by, joined us in the spaces, shared our work, and offered a kind word or encouragement.

To our family and friends who helped bring it all together - you know who you are - this wouldn’t be possible without you.

We’re so grateful for STUDIO KÁJA’s growing community, and for each of you who forms part of it.

Until next year, thank you. 🤍

“Eyes full of hope, hearts full of fear—our furry friends are waiting for a helping hand.

They can’t speak, but their silent pleas echo louder than words. Please, show them kindness before it’s too late.”

PLEASE SAVE THEIR SOULS any single dollar is highly appreciated 🙏🙏🙏thanks for your kind hearts https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=CZ927MAFJA582

SNEAK PEEK! Some time ago I had the joy of experiencing and capturing architect Minky Lidchi’s sublime and sensitively renovated Koringberg farm house for @houseandleisure magazine, with photographer @martinhahn_photo and stylist @genneth_lyn

The home went on to win House of the Year, testament to its careful balance of serenity and style, and to Minky’s understanding of heritage architecture for contemporary living.

Minky has subsequently sold this home and some of its treasures have become available for sale via MM.

I’m still in the process of photographing them but I’ll keep you posted.

Minky’s website is www.minkylidchi.com
