Is the Dreamwalker a friend or a foe?

The Dreamwalker’s escape!

I’ve been playing around with these continuous one-take shots to see how much action can be packed in 30 seconds.
What do you think?

II’m overwhelmed by the positive feedback on the DETTY DECEMBER club scene I shared the other day. And since y’all really enjoyed SHIKA, I thought I’d share the opening scene of the film along with another track: Pop In Here, my Afro house take on Nelly’s classic ‘Hot in Herre’.

The film is still a work in progress. This scene was made with @dreamina_ai Seedance 2.0, so next I’ll be testing whether Seedance 2.5 can help me sharpen it and eliminate the inconsistencies.

Let me know what you think of the scene and the song. More DETTY DECEMBER coming soon.

Here’s a small clip from my upcoming animated short film, ‘Detty December’. A story heavily influenced by my last two visits to Lagos, Nigeria.

The track playing is SHIKA, from the EP I’m releasing alongside the film.

I’ve been fascinated by the 2.5D style ever since Into the Spider-Verse, then Arcane, and recently K-Pop Demon Hunters. Films like those take huge teams and years to make. Their quality is still unmatched. But in today’s market, two-plus years between films or seasons is a gamble. You never know if the audience will still be there.

That’s what makes this moment amazing. With @dreamina_ai Seedance 2.5, we can ALL test the waters now. No big budget. No big team. Just a good story you’re passionate about telling.

A year ago, AI music artist Xania Monet debuted her first song — and went on to make history, signing a multimillion-dollar record deal, and landing at No. 30 on Billboard’s R&B chart.
Fast forward to today: Amissa Studios, in partnership with Kling AI, has put a new spin on “I Asked for So Little”with a brand-new music video. Happy anniversary, Xania! Kling AI is happy to be part of the journey of bringing Xania‘s image to life!

Watching Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey reminded me how important it was for me to release MANSA.
Africa has so many rich stories and brilliant storytellers just waiting. What for?
If Hollywood doesn’t want to see, let’s MAKE them see.

i’m gearing up for the Seedance 2.5 release, so I tested some shots for my MANSA series using Seedance 2.0 on @dreamina_ai . The results are already mind blowing.

If 2.0 can do this, 2.5 is what finally gets #MANSA to the quality I’ve been chasing.

And the timing couldn’t be better. Children of Blood and Bone hits theaters in 2027. Black Panther 3 lands in 2028. Hollywood is betting big on stories set in Africa because the audience is already there.

Take this as your sign. That story you’ve been dreaming about telling? The tools are ready. Go tell it.

#childrenofbloodandbone #blackpanther #seedance #theodyssey

Everyone shows you the king.
MANSA shows you the kitchen that feeds him.
The elders who don’t need titles to be obeyed.
The small mercies nobody announces.
An empire isn’t just battles and gold.
It’s small things done well, the everyday moments Hollywood always skips.
That’s the show.

#africa #mali

Don’t get me wrong, there will be EPIC scenes.
MANSA is historical fantasy rooted in African mythology and folklore.
The magic runs underneath real history, hidden in plain sight.
And every supernatural moment belongs to a character with a backstory as deep as the legends they’re pulled from.

#jinn #africanmythology #africanfolklore #africanfantasy

Game of Thrones proved audiences love the game as much as the war.
MANSA plays it in the Mali Empire.
Watch this scene: a young heir serves at court and realizes every gift is a message, every smile is a move, and he has a lot to learn.
Court intrigue, envy, betrayal, assassination.
Some battles are won with spears.
The dangerous ones are won with words.

#gameofthrones #got #houseofthedragon

Historical fantasy is the setting.
Suspense is the engine.
Four hundred ships sailed west. One came back.
MANSA buries mysteries in real history, lets horror creep in from the water’s edge, and makes you sit with questions whose answers are worse than the silence.

First look at Tenko 🦊 a Japanese-American lead who breaks the mold. After serving time for a crime he didn’t commit, he’s finally free… but freedom doesn’t feel the same. Trouble keeps finding him, no matter how hard he tries to stay clean.

With Tenko, I want to tell more bold, diversity-led stories. Bring them to life with the power of new creative tools.

What if there was a TV show about the richest man who ever lived, Mansa Musa? What if it explored the incredible journey of Mansa Abu Bakr II, the African ruler who sailed the Atlantic and reached the Americas nearly a century before Columbus? Would you watch it?

✨ New Mansa Trailer ✨

It’s been over a year since I shared the first trailer, and I’m still fighting for Hollywood’s attention. But then again, do I even NEED Hollywood? Maybe it’s time to greenlight myself.

Using powerful AI tools like @google Veo 3 and @dreamina_ai have unlocked a new path forward. There’s something beautifully ironic about using cutting-edge technology to tell the very stories Hollywood has ignored for so long.

I’ve stopped pitching to traditional studios and streaming platforms. I don’t need them. I need YOU. Building a community around this project matters far more than convincing executives who don’t understand OUR culture and OUR people. They’re driven by metrics; we’re driven by stories that matter.

Maybe it’s time to pitch to innovative AI companies like @googledeepmind & @dreamina_ai instead, to genuinely bring this vision to life.

But first, I need influential voices like @idriselba 👀 to join the journey and help turn this into reality.

Well, it’s my birthday 🎉, so I decided to celebrate myself by posting a fun little “interview” (a bit of ego stroking, you know?).

I’m grateful for getting closer to being able to bring @themansaverse project to life, which I’ve been talking about more on this platform. The response has been great, which encourages me to share even more about the project and the process.
Materializing ideas into visual outputs has never been easier or faster than it is today. Gatekeeping is a thing of the past, and Hollywood is no longer in control of which stories get told.
So, I hope more creatives see the unique window of opportunity we have and leverage it before the industry adapts.
