फाळके-गोखले are back 😁😁

A postcard note 🌸

I’ve been wanting to say this for the longest time. And today, I just felt like putting it into words.

So many friends, well-wishers, and even people who know each of us individually have said things like, “We love how you three live together,” “We keep seeing your pictures,” “You guys are so lovely.” And every time, it makes me smile.
Some people even say they aspire to have what we have, this little unit of three.

But this unit of three was only possible because my original unit of two has such a big heart and who, with so much grace and generosity, chose to make space for me in it. They didn’t just let me into their lives, they let me into the love they share with each other and together we were able to create a rhythm of three.
And I don’t think I’ll ever take that for granted.

Because loving each other this deeply isn’t always easy. There are uncomfortable conversations, difficult days, misunderstandings, disappointments, moments when we get it all wrong. There are days when love feels effortless, and days when it takes everything in you to simply stay present.
And that’s the part people don’t always see……
(continued ➡️..slide to the second picture)

It takes effort to stay. To choose each other.
To show up. To listen. To make space.
To sit through discomfort. To give love when it isn’t easy. To keep coming back to the connection.

We have our messy days too. Our ugly days. Days when we hurt each other, annoy each other, misunderstand each other, or simply don’t know what to do with each other.
But somehow, we breathe through them.
And then we find each other again.
Maybe that’s what makes this so beautiful and fun to me.

Not that it’s perfect. But that it’s real.
Every phase of life brings something different. And through all of it, if you’re lucky enough to have people who hold you, care for you, support you, challenge you, inspire you, and remind you of who you are, please don’t ever take that love for granted.

I know how lucky I am.

We’re not perfect. We’re just three imperfect people, doing the inner work, choosing each other, learning each other, holding the mirror, giving reality checks, grounding, growing together, and t
