Camp through a whole new lens…

At first I was hesitant leading these girls. Not knowing what they were coming with or if I was capable to do it. But God. He put those specific girls in my group for me to lead them through their journey with Christ. I’m so thankful for the opportunity and saying yes to going.

Over the past year my life changed completely. High school to college is no joke. One thing that has been constant is God’s hand over my life. I was constantly reminded this week that you are NEVER to far gone to go back into the Father’s house. I had to put myself aside and let God move within me. God has completely changed the way I see myself and the relationships I’ve built with the girls will last forever. I’m so grateful for the late night chats and the deep convos. I love each and every single one with all my heart! I’m so grateful to be a leader in their lives and can’t wait to be back!

1st Camp with a phone… serving at high school camp was different. I’m in awe of what the lord had done in the lives of these students. Some say being young and serving with students close to your age is a bad thing. In some cases it is. But for me I saw it as an opportunity to be a big sister. The students were able to be more vulnerable because they are close in age. All in all this camp was the best yet. til next time Daniel Springs 😘
