Everyone has their monthly self-care rituals. Mine are nails and lashes.

It’s not just about leaving with pretty nails or fresh lashes—it’s how I feel afterward.

A little more put together.
A little more like myself.
That time allows me to pause, reset, and pour something back into me.

And a good nail therapist is a must. Come see my girls at Elan Nails Brookhaven—they’ll take care of you, Kim & Linda 🤎

Supporting my friend’s Grand Opening while also supporting my nail appointment addiction. 😊

In celebration of Élan Nails & Beauty’s beautiful new chapter, every giveaway bag included a special lash voucher from White Iris—because a fresh set of nails deserves fresh lashes too. 🥂

A special thank you to @thecraftyhouse.co for the beautifully crafted mini tote bags and vouchers. Your creativity and attention to detail brought the vision to life.

Nail Therapist: Kim. 💅🏼
Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Sometimes the reset is the appointment.
Take a break. You deserve it. 🤎

🥂 After 9 months of negotiations, attorney reviews, redlines, Zoom meetings, corporate approvals, and countless conversations, we officially delivered the keys to an incredible new restaurant location. 🔑

I was honored to exclusively represent the tenant, @smokeandfriends_ , in securing the new home for their latest restaurant concept, ALTA LEÑA—an upscale Venezuelan barbecue steakhouse coming to AMLI Brookhaven. On the landlord side, @todd.semrau of @oakhurstrealty represented @amlibrookhaven throughout the transaction.

This 10-year lease represents a true first-generation restaurant build-out, with construction expected to take approximately one year before opening its doors. 🏗️🚧

A special thank you to Todd for his professionalism and collaborative approach throughout the process. By working together, we successfully negotiated key business terms—including free rent and a tenant improvement allowance—resulting in a successful outcome for both the landlord and the tenant. 🙏🏼🫡

Congratulations to the owners of Smoke & Friends on expanding their portfolio, and congratulations to everyone involved in bringing ALTA LEÑA to Brookhaven.

I can’t wait to celebrate the grand opening next year! 🍾🔥
