You get to lace up, test the support, and experience the entire session in a fresh pair of Saucony shoes before making them yours.

The Iron Mile isn’t just about speed or strength it’s about challenging yourself, embracing discomfort, and discovering what you’re capable of when you refuse to quit. Every rep, every step, and every finish line represented growth. Helmets were earned yesterday 🪖🙌🏿

Grateful for everyone who showed up, pushed themselves, and encouraged the person next to them. This community continues to prove that when we move together, we all get stronger! ⚓️

Until the next challenge🙌🏿
