How complex can ten decisions become?

Three choices across ten theory rooms already create 59,049 possible paths before consequences are simulated.

A compact game can reveal thousands of different patterns in how people reason under pressure.

What if a game rewards responsibility instead of power?

In the UCP game, you do not conquer the system - you
become one mind among four, make difficult choices and live with what those choices change.

Thinking becomescthe action.

Can collaboration itself be measured without reducing people to numbers? Speaking time, influence, contradiction and participation balance could reveal when one form of thinking dominates the room.

The measurement is not the answer - it is a diagnostic.

Should a film about a grand vision celebrate it - or put it on trial?

The UCP film is strongest when the pyramid is
beautiful, absurd, inspiring and dangerous at the same time.

A serious vision should survive its own critique.

What if a building could learn from every cycle of work happening inside it?

A network of more than 100,000 sensors could track structural, environmental and operational data while creating a long-term archive of how the system changes and adapts.

The building becomes something that can be read.

What if technology were designed to slow human arrogance instead of accelerating everything?

UCPM turns almost invisible movement into a reminder that not every meaningful system should optimize for speed.

Some machines could teach patience.

What if the problem-solving power of the Universal Congress Pyramid could one day live in every home?

The UCP product—powered by UCPQC, the Universal Congress Pyramid Quantum Computer—is a speculative future vision by UCP concept creator Ammar Adnan Obeid, combining humanitarian problem resolution with the possibilities of quantum computing, from personal challenges to problems affecting companies, cities, and societies.

Not a product of today, but a cinematic vision of tomorrow: powerful enough to explore solutions, private enough to protect each user, and always designed to support—not replace—human judgment.

What if a building moved so slowly that a human could barely notice it?

UCPM imagines a full rotation over 2,444
years - about 1.4 millimeters per day at the edge - turning engineering into a clock for civilization.

What would we build differently if we thought in centuries?

Can leadership see the whole without believing it understands everything?

The observatory is designed for oversight, but its greatest task is to question its own power and remember that distance is not understanding.

Who watches the watcher?

What does it mean to design a room for thinking at the scale of a megastructure? With a proposed 400-meter base and 450-meter height, UCP imagines spaces large enough for data, simulation, collaboration and prototyping. Not a meeting room - a laboratory for cognition.

Why a pyramid?

Because its shape can turn complexity into a map: urgent material problems at the base, interconnected social systems in the middle, and long-term ethical questions above.

Architecture becomes a way
of seeing how problems connect.

What if humanity doesn’t need more answers — but a better way to think together?

Welcome to the Universal Congress Pyramid (UCP) — a vision built around one principle:
One room. Four minds. One problem.

A philosophical, scientific, architectural, and technological exploration of how humanity could solve complex problems differently.

🎙️ Two podcast episodes every week — Tuesday & Friday.
UCP — The Pyramid That Thinks.
